The purpose of this study was to analyze the community’s Attitudes of Kampung Teluk Semanting towards Derawan Island Coastal Park Program (TPKD) and its correlationship with individual characteristics, socio-cultural dynamics and the public perception of the quality of TPKD Program. The sampling method applied in this study was census methods and the number of respondents were 40 people. This research was conducted during August 2015 in Kampung Teluk Semanting, Berau district. Spearman Rank correlation statistics test was applied to analyze the correlationship of individual characteristics, socio-cultural dynamics and the public perception of the quality programs towards the community’s attitudes of TPKD Program. Spearman Rank correlation test results showed that individual characteristics and dynamics of socio-cultural community has no real correlations towards the cummunity’s attitudes on TPKD Program. The variables that showed very real significant correlation towards the community’s attitudes on TPKD Program was the public perception of program quality, spesifically was the suitability of the program concept indicators.
